Accounting Consultant ( Consultancy Film ) - 9028

Working Days and Time: 5 days 9am-6pm

Working Location: Ubi, Oxley Bizhub

Salary: $3,100-$4,000 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus

Job Requirements:

1. At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
2. At least 1 year relevant experience in an accounting firm
3. Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
4. Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular bookkeeping and accounting services, taxation work, quarterly GST, and payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof
2. Preparation of client's unaudited financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
3. Streamline clients' cashflow monitoring processes
4. Provide internal process consultancy and back-office software consultancy to clients
5. Review junior consultants' work for accuracy and reasonableness
6. Conduct MYOB and other back-office software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
7. Manage internal and company's clients' statutory datelines
