The Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
Journal entries and bank transactions
A/P book & payment processing
A/R book & collection management
Weekly Tasks
Manage forex contracts
Monthly Tasks
TORES 1st & 2nd reporting
Management report & PMS report
Amortization and asset acquisition tracking
Revaluation of forex
Bank reconciliation
Balance sheet scheduling
Profit & loss analysis
Quarterly Tasks
GST tax return preparation
Balance sheet analysis for quarterly board meetings
Half-Yearly Tasks
Stock taking and asset inventory
A/P & A/R confirmation
Yearly Tasks
Year-end journal entries
Annual budgeting and tax planning
Corporate tax return preparation & filing (Singapore & Thailand)
WHT (Thailand) and IRAS tax audit support
Transfer pricing documentation
Conflict of interest reporting (ACRA and Accounting partner)
Support statutory audits and Board resolutions
The Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or Japanese company
Familiar with Singapore GST, corporate tax, and IRAS compliance
Experience with cross-border taxation (e.g., Thailand WHT) is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle deadlines independently
Experience at an auditing firm, ACCA holder (midway) preferred
