Job summary

A leading multinational organisation in the IT industry is seeking an Accounting Manager in Singapore. The role involves comprehensive oversight of accounting operations, including handling tax duties and managing an accounting team. Job Description:

➤Oversee the entire accounting duties of the company (accounting, budgets, settlements, finance, procurement, and audits)
➤Responsible for journal entry and engage in Accounting Audit yearly
➤Handle tax related duties like CTC Tax, corporate tax preparation, and IRAS Tax audit yearly
➤Work closely with external auditor for corporate Tax Return & Filling
➤Prepare GST Tax return quarterly
➤Create and submit various reports to JP HQ
➤Support group leader to lead and manage accounting group members
➤Daily confirmation of AP/AR report submitted by other team members
➤Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by the group leader

Requirements:

➤3 years or more experience as an accounting manager or team leader
➤Experience at an auditing firm, ACCA holder (midway) preferred
➤Great to have Japanese Speaking ability to communicate with JP HQ, clients and stakeholders but not a must
➤Working experience in Japanese companies will be a plus
➤Good communication and interpersonal skills
➤Independent & good teamwork
