Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter, review, and organize financial data to ensure accuracy and clarity;
  • Handle daily financial tasks, including invoice issuance, payment processing, and bank reconciliation;
  • Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements;
  • Organize, archive, and manage financial documents, including vouchers, bills, and other financial records;
  • Assist in tax filing (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.) and support tax inspections;
  • Support financial analysis, budget preparation, and cost control tasks;
  • Assist in company audits by providing necessary financial data and documents;
  • Perform other financial-related tasks and assignments from management.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered);
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
  • Familiar with national financial regulations and financial management processes;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Possessing an accounting qualification certificate or a junior accountant title is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in a corporate secretarial firm or professional services company is a plus;
  • Understanding of company incorporation, corporate compliance, and regulatory reporting will be an advantage.
