Location: West (Near Boon Lay or Lakeside)

Job Description:

1. Partial accounts payable and receivables.
2. Reconciliation of sales receipts and cash transactions.
3. Data entry includes keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system.
4. Ensure all sales are accurately booked to the accounting system with supporting documents.
5. Liaise with various departments and Outlets’ staffs to ensure and match all Outlets’ sales transactions are accurate and tally with bank and accounting records.
6. Assist with month-end and year-end closing process.
7. To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time, as and when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least O’ level, Professional Certificate, NITEC/ Higher NITEC or equivalent.
2. Min. 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
3. Good knowledge of accounting software.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry.
6. Able to work independently.
7. Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
