Accounting and Finance Associate

Job Description

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support
• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget variance analysis.
• Support data collection and analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
• Assist in cost analysis and financial modeling for decision-making.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (internship experience welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with finance software is a plus.
