Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage full sets of account books for a portfolio of client companies.
2. Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
3. Handle financial and accounting transactions in compliance with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), utilizing available tools.
4. Coordinate with clients on daily accounting matters and queries.
5. Analyze cash flow, operating costs, and variances to support client decision-making.
6. Prepare and file XBRL/unaudited reports, income tax, GST returns, and payroll.
7. Stay updated with new regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience with outsourced accounting services.
• Proficiency in cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, work under pressure, and maintain progress.
