Job Summary:

The Accounting Specialists will maintain the accuracy of financial statements for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. This role supports statutory reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide explanations to Statutory Entity Reporting Management referencing local GAAP.
  • Assist in preparing pack checklists, reconciliation templates, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Prepare statutory journal entries for monthly financial statements (US GAAP to local GAAP).
  • Support government statistical reporting and manage OneSource templates and updates.
  • Handle audit-related tasks, including preparing adjusting journal entries and investigating root causes of issues.
  • Consolidate tower variance analysis into entity-level views and produce monthly close packages.
  • Monitor pension and intangible accounting for compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing support and resolving queries.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects for new or existing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Accountancy
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting, internal audit, or public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting theory and principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • LOCATION : EAST
  • Please take note the position will start as Contract. Candidates must be willing to start on a 6 months contract role subject to conversion to Perm depending on performance.
