Accountant | Tai Seng (Construction) / $4.8K - $6K per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Handling full sets of accounts.
2. Meets month end closing and reporting deadlines.
3. Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit.
4. Prepare audit schedules and handling audit issues (if any).
5. Provide information to tax agent for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries.
6. Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions and other corporate secretarial matters.
7. Liaise with bank on operational issues and lawyer on legal matters.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
3. Work independently with minimal guidance required.
4. Prefer applicant who has relevant working experience in construction industry.
