As part of a high-performing finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial clarity and operational excellence across a multi-brand business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain full sets of accounts including AP/AR, treasury, collections, and bank relationships
• Manage intercompany records, journal entries, fixed asset depreciation, and audit schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Process daily financial transactions and execute payments
• Reconcile creditor/debtor ageing and perform regular bank reconciliations
• Support monthly close processes and prepare financial reports and schedules
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Upload and manage financial data across digital tools (Xero, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support finance-related initiatives
• Contribute to financial modelling, valuations, and strategic planning exercises

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant certification is a plus
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, reporting standards, and local tax/GST requirements
