Job description

Reporting to the Financial Controller or equivalent:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Closing & Reporting

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of monthly and yearly financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• To assist with group consolidation on monthly basis
• Lead and oversee the group accrued revenue breakdown and related workings
• To assist with group recharge and transfer pricing analysis
• Assist in developing efficient reporting package for all entities within the group

Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Work with sales team and client service team in preparing sales forecasts
• Analyse financial data and prepare budget on regular basis
• Proactively work with all departments on budget / forecast tracking reports

External Communications

• Liaise with different external counterparts (auditors, payroll agents etc.) on different kind of requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting (or comparable) qualification
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in public accounting, audit or similar role
• Positive mindset and working attitude is a must
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
• Analytical mind, self-initiative and proactive in terms of job planning
• Ability to work under pressure in a high demand environment
• Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders
