Job summary

A leading company in the financial sector in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with SGX listing rules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant experience and a CPA/CA/ACCA qualification. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience, including preparation of consolidated accounts.
• Knowledge of SGX listing rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for interim reporting and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank loans and SGX listing rules.
• Assist in ad-hoc corporate projects.

Responsibilities

You will assist the consolidation team in:

• Preparing the consolidated financial statements for interim reporting and annual reports
• Compliance of information undertaking required under bank loans
• SGX listing rules and compliance matters
• Ad-hoc corporate projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines; CPA/CA/ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience (including preparation of consolidated accounts) and auditing experience.
• Knowledge of Cognos and SGX listing rules preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas and experience in macros preferred
• Meticulous and well-organised
• Responsible, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Team player with positive attitude
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Job title and salary shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
