Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is assisting a fast-growing semiconductor company in Singapore.

You will join a finance team to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL, and to handle month-end and year-end closings, tax filings, and financial reporting. Qualified candidates have a degree in Accounting/Finance and professional certification (ACCA/CPA). A minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost analysis and semiconductor/electronics is preferred, with opportunities for regional exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set of accounts; cost analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts - Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit GST /VAT filings and other tax-related matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial reporting and management requests.
