Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is recruiting a finance professional to manage general ledger activities, perform closures, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and monthly financial analyses.

The role supports budgeting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audits in a multinational maritime services environment. The Successful Applicant holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least 3 years of accounting experience and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and IT savviness.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting activities for assigned entities.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities.
• Monitor fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support finance process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Participate in ERP migration and finance transformation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations teams.
