A leading international service organization is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for the financial, human resource, and administrative aspects of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Finance, at least 5 years of experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin, overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Fluiconnecto’s services are made available at the customer’s doorstep on 5 continents, through an ever-growing network of Hydroshop offices, on-site Workshop offices and Service on-site (SOS) Vans.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the company’s full spectrum of financial, human resource and administration activities. This position reports directly to the Local General Manager, and to Service Division Controller and Group Chief Financial Officer, liaising with the Group’s Head office financial department to meet deadlines and financial reporting commitments.
In charge of all financial matters of the company that includes:
Monthly and annual financial reporting together with full analysis and comments of results to head office
Submission of monthly sales data to Head office for generation of commercial sales reports.
Sales & financial budget reporting to Head office
Monthly gross sales reporting to Head office
Cash flow monitoring, control and Cash flow reporting
Accounts receivables and payables management and control
Year-end statutory audit of accounts
Annual financial planning and budget to head office
Handle and manage all company tax matters.
Payroll and human resource administration.
General office administration, and ensuring full compliance with group corporate procedures implemented by Head office.
Oversees full aspect of financial and accounting matters of Johor branch in Malaysia.
Applicants must have the following skills & attributes:
· Degree/Diploma holder major in Finance and Accounting.
· At least 5 years of experience in the capacity.
· Strong (bilingual English & Mandarin) communication skills to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented.
· Ability to work in a team environment and hands-on.
· Strong sense of business ethics and highest integrity.
· Ability to work independently and under stress
· Knowledge of Malaysia SST and Corporate tax regulations is an advantage.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
