Key Responsibilities for Accountant, Leading Investment Management Firm:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations for accuracy, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage the firm’s general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, investment portfolios, and intercompany accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors during both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
