Job description

This person will be assisting the Senior Consolidation Accountant with the management consolidation that will include liaising with subsidiaries and providing key stakeholders with the full set of monthly consolidated package together with insight and analyses. In addition, this person will support the statutory audit and transfer price assessment and documentation across the region.

Location: Jurong Business Park
Contract: 12 months
Salary up to $4500

Job scope

  1. Consolidation & Reporting
  2. Work closely with the Senior Consolidation Accountant for the preparation of the consolidated FS (Monthly / Budget / Forecast)
  3. Support the Senior Consolidation Accountant in performing in depth financial analyses on the consolidated figures
  4. Support the Senior Consolidation Accountant in presenting comparative analyses in terms of efficiency and cost management across entities by presenting adequate ratios & analyses
  5. Prepare the BOD / BOM presentation
  6. Work closely with the Senior Consolidation Accountant to prepare any ad-hoc and new financial reports
  7. Assist various stakeholders in the preparation of management meeting materials
  8. Support the statutory audit by preparing the entity and group consolidation packs to complete the audit in a timely manner
  9. Together with the Senior Consolidation Accountant, prepare the Transfer Price assessment and documentation across the region
  10. Support preparation of business analysis files when needed
  11. Provide proactive support to the team and other departments in any other ad hoc projects
  12. You may be assigned work as is deemed fit from time to time, in addition to the abovementioned duties, by your immediate superior.

Required skills

  1. Possess Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance with a basic understanding of consolidation accounting
  2. Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Highly initiative and a strong team player
  5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and preferably a second language
  6. SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
