Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing seafood processing company with multiple business entities under management. As we expand, we are seeking a seasoned Accountant to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities within the group

• Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports

• Oversee corporate tax compliance, including computation, filing, and liaison with tax agents/auditors

• Handle GST filing and submission in compliance with IRAS regulations

• Manage and consolidate budgets and forecasts, collaborating with internal stakeholders

• Produce detailed sales reports and analysis for management review

• Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity planning

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end close processes

• Utilize AutoCount accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting tasks

• Maintain internal financial controls and processes for efficiency and compliance

• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or processing industries

• Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations/compliance and financial reporting standards

• Experience in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis

• Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software will be advantagous

• Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple entities

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability

• You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
