We are seeking an experienced accountant and office manager to handle our company-wide administration including accounting and management reporting at a group level.
Responsibilities
Company Accounting (P&L, debtors, payments, GST etc)
Support and maintain office software and subscriptions
Maintain Training Manual
Proactive scouting for Government grants and support
Key Requirements
Diploma / ACCA qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
Good interpersonal skills and presentable
Resourceful, pro-active, diligent and detail oriented
Enthusiastic, conscientious, articulate and well organized
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Can handle and enjoys a variety of responsibilities
Proficient with office software
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Relationships
Reporting to the CEO - working closely with the Retail, Projects and Fulfilment teams and OHMM Manufacturing.
Remuneration
Salary based on experience including generous annual leave and health coverage.
