Job description

Location: Bedok/ Simei

Salary: Up to $6.5K

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the full set of accounts & oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company.
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts.
• Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
• Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings.
• Manage fixed assets, assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Support in performing bank reconciliations and Mediclaim reconciliations.
• Check accounts payable invoices and manage payments.
• Claims submission for funded projects.
• Handle Quarterly GST reporting
• Oversee operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle ad hoc tasks such as system enhancements and support for the new service center.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or any relevant field
• Min. 3-4 years experience in accounting roles
• Preferably experience with healthcare organisation
• Proficient in SAP FI & CO modules, including FI-GL/AP/AR and CO-CC/IO/PC
