Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Singapore. You will participate in regional accounting operations, financial analysis and process improvements to support business decisions.

The role covers monthly closes, reconciliations, tax returns and treasury activities, with exposure to automation and digitalisation initiatives across departments and business units.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing with the regional accounting team.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure follow-up on outstanding items.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis for business decisions.
• Provide accounting and financial support to various departments and business units.
• Prepare GST and withholding tax returns, declarations and supporting docs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes, controls and workflows and support implementation.
• Handle treasury-related activities and liaise with banks on banking matters.
• Coordinate quarterly and year-end stock takes and fixed asset verification.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to address audit matters and follow through on recommendations.
• Assist with year-end tax filing and other statutory requirements.
• Participate in business analysis, finance projects, automation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Take on other finance-related projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Your Role

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.

• Experience with accounting systems: Oracle experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.

• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn new systems and processes.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with regional stakeholders.

• Exposure to AI tools, automation, digitalisation or finance transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
