Responsibilities

• Review management reports from subsidiaries and prepare consolidated group financial statements.
• Review and analyze group and subsidiary cash flow forecasts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to Head Office, addressing any queries promptly.
• Review subsidiaries’ reporting schedules and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Support subsidiaries in meeting reporting requirements and internal audit requests from HQ.
• Liaise between Head Office and subsidiaries for matters requiring internal approvals.
• Review and enhance internal financial policies and procedures to align with HQ standards.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams on ad hoc projects and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with sound knowledge of cost accounting.
• Proficient in SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Hands-on, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities.
