Job Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Financial Reporting

· Prepare the institution’s annual budget and regular forecasts for management and group-level decision-making.

· Generate timely financial reports to support performance tracking and intervention.

· Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts.

Capital Projects & Investments

· Support evaluation of digital transformation and capital investment projects from a financial perspective.

· Assess business cases for financial risks and opportunities.

Governance & Process Improvement

· Review internal processes, systems, and policies to identify risks and recommend improvements.

· Work with various departments to enhance controls and streamline processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and strategies.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant), or a Business/Finance degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

· Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.

· Strong team player with integrity and accountability.

· Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
