Job description

This exciting business is a subsidiary of a listed global company, which is a trusted supplier of automotive test and verification products and solutions. Its regional headquarters located in Singapore provides finance and administrative support to its various businesses across Asia Pacific.

The Role

Located in Singapore and reporting to the Financial Lead for the Asia Pacific Region, you will be part of a small, high-energy regional team providing accounting support to the Asia Pacific subsidiary businesses. Your role will include generating sales invoices, helping to prepare financial statements, accounts, budgets, processing invoices, and assisting with the finalisation of month-end and year-end accounts.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting
• 3 or more years’ accounting experience (specific industry is not required but audit experience is preferred)
• Exposure to ERP, IFS system
• Experience in AP/AR and consolidation
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Must have Singaporean/PR status
