Responsibilities:

General Ledger & Month-End Closing:

• Perform monthly closing activities, including preparing journal entries and financial schedules (accruals, prepayments, etc.).

Balance Sheet Management:

• Maintain accurate accounting for ROU assets and lease liabilities.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations.

Profit & Loss Management:

• Maintain and prepare journal entries for operating expenses, including manpower, G&A, marketing, rental, and maintenance costs.
• Account for finance income/expenses and unrealized foreign exchange differences.

Audit Support:

• Coordinate and execute statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of schedules and documentation. Assist with XBRL filing per ACRA requirements.

Tax Provisioning:

• Prepare tax provisions and support corporate tax compliance per IRAS regulations.

Budget vs Actual Analysis via Cost Centre Reporting:

• Perform quarterly analysis of financial performance against budget, highlighting key variances for respective cost centres.

Ad-hoc Projects or Assignments:

• Participate in system migration, special audits, and other projects as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as required by management.

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
