Are you an experienced accountant who thrives in a standalone role with diverse responsibilities? We are hiring a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Payroll Executive to independently manage the daily finance, payroll, and office admin functions for a small but globally connected MNC.

Our client is a small regional hub of a well-established multinational company known for their high-precision industrial solutions. Despite being part of a global business, the Singapore team is close-knit, supportive, and professional.
Full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
Preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and management reporting
Ensure compliance with tax filings: GST, WHT, CIT, XBRL
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and government authorities (IRAS, ACRA, MOM, etc.)
End-to-end payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR8A, leave tracking
Work pass applications and employee-related documentation
Office administration: lease renewals, insurance, IT vendors, and general upkeep
Budgeting and forecasting support
Use of Epicor ERP for accounting operations
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
At least 3 years of hands-on experience handling full sets of accounts
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with overseas HQ and review Mandarin documents)
Experience in a manufacturing or SME/MNC hybrid environment is a plus
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities confidently
Available immediately or on short notice is a strong advantage
