Job description

Job Title: Accountant Cum Admin Officer
Monthly Salary: UP to $4000 (Negotiable)
Working Address: OUE Downtown Gallery

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities and duties
• Manage/monitor daily office operation and maintain the daily accounts and administrative/IT tasks.
• Handling full set of accounts, carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation
including tax filing Form C/C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, yearly financial report.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing mail, issuing invoices, collections, arranging courier, ordering pantry items etc.
• Assist the management with budgeting, revenue projection and ongoing monitoring and
reporting.
• In charge of the company payroll administration, ensures compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processes filing, and payment of statutory payroll and social security
contributions (CPF) to relevant government authority.
• Acknowledging payment receipts, instructing vendor payments.
• Support the internal audit by liaising with the appointed external corporate auditor.
• Supporting the team with the preparation of quotation and compliance KYC documents.
• Schedule training, meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries of the management.
• Looking after the office requirements and set up if needed.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
• Creating a positive office environment.

Qualification and Requirements
• Diploma in accounting with minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.
• Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook skills, XERO, with an ability to
become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or another language is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-
tasking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional behaviour.

Desired Experiences:
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, XERO accounting software and Payday as a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
