About the Opportunity
Our client is a small but established multinational company with a close-knit team and regional presence. They specialize in delivering high-precision industrial solutions and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to support their Singapore operations.

If you’re someone who enjoys a mix of finance, HR, and admin work—and takes pride in getting the details right—this role could be a great match.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be wearing multiple hats and making a real impact on the day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

Handling full sets of accounts: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and monthly closings
Preparing financial reports and audit documents
Acting as the main liaison with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and government authorities (IRAS, ACRA, MOM, etc.)
Ensuring full compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, including GST, WHT, CIT, and XBRL—plus keeping internal procedures and audit records up to date
Managing payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A, leave tracking, and work pass applications
Overseeing office matters like lease renewal, insurance, and liaising with IT vendors
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Using Epicor ERP system for daily accounting functions

What Our Client is Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
Proficient in English and Mandarin (able tohandledocuments&liaisewithMandarin-speakingcounterpartsinChina&US)
Familiarity with manufacturing industry is a plus
Able to start immediately or on short notice is preferred
