Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organised Accountant or Assistant Finance Manager to support our Finance, HR, and Admin operations. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who enjoy both numbers and coordination work in a startup environment. You will handle day-to-day accounting duties while ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Prepare a full set of accounts and financial statements
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for holding companies
  • Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
  • Prepare consolidated statements (for 1 subsidiary in China reporting to Singapore)
  • Manage monthly expense claims
  • Prepare payroll & CPF-related submissions
  • Handle annual IR8A and IR21 submissions for foreign workers

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, document filing, and company record-keeping
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support HR tasks such as CPF filing, leave tracking, claims processing, and onboarding administration
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
  • Ensure the office environment is organised and running efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
