Accounting & Admin Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Part-Time: 2–3 days/week | Salary: $1,750–$2,500/month

We are a small car dealership in Singapore looking for a dependable and experienced Accounting & Admin Executive to manage our accounts and office operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work arrangements and enjoys working in a lean, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, including journals, accruals, fixed assets, and depreciation
Prepare monthly management reports, GST filings, and cash flow forecasts
Manage invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP)
Oversee payroll processing (CPF, IR21, AIS)
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients on accounting and compliance matters
Support day-to-day administrative duties including filing, recordkeeping, and office coordination
Requirements:
Singapore-based with valid right to work
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Must have hands-on experience with Xero accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Independent, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a small, fast-paced setup
Strong integrity and team spirit
