Accounting & Admin Executive (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Part-Time: 2–3 days/week | Salary: $1,750–$2,500/month

Location: Singapore

We are a small car dealership in Singapore looking for a dependable and experienced Accounting & Admin Executive to manage our accounts and office operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work arrangements and enjoys working in a lean, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including journals, accruals, fixed assets, and depreciation

  • Prepare monthly management reports, GST filings, and cash flow forecasts

  • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP)

  • Oversee payroll processing (CPF, IR21, AIS)

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients on accounting and compliance matters

  • Support day-to-day administrative duties including filing, recordkeeping, and office coordination

Requirements:

  • Singapore-based with valid right to work

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Must have hands-on experience with Xero accounting software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

  • Independent, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a small, fast-paced setup
