Accountant / Account Executive (Full Set) - Tuas (5 days Working)

(Transport Provided at Poineer MRT)

Responsibilities:

Financial reporting

• Prepare management reports, budget and forecast

• Prepare monthly financial statements
  

Accounting transactions

• Perform full set accounts including audit schedules and reporting packages

• Review invoices posting and process payments

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system

• Cashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly cash report

• Ensure adherence to internal controls & procedures

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using
  

Taxation

• Prepare corporate tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filing

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
  

Auditing

• Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
  

Data analysis

• Analyzing financial information and presenting findings
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.

• At least 3-5 years of related experience as an Accountant.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Highly motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Team player, meticulous, analytical and independent worker.

- 5 working days 9.00am to 5.30pm
