Job description

Salary: up to $4500

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Location: Novena

Job Description:

- Responsible for full spectrum of accounts, including account payable, account receivable and general ledger

- Ensure the accounts are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

- Assist in the preparation of fund utilisation reports to donors

- Ensure compliance with charity regulations

- Yearly submission of donations details to IRAS

- Assist in preparation of financial audit and co-ordination with auditor in completing the audit

- Monitor and ensure compliance to internal control procedures and regulatory requirements, identify areas for continual improvement;

GENERAL

- Provide assistance in grant related matters;

- Provide ad-hoc (non-accounting) support to colleagues for major events;

- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors;

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Finance/Accountancy or similar w min 2-3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably from healthcare industries
