Job description

Summary:

• Location: Marina Boulevard
• 5 days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Handle and close monthly accounts, including reviewing balance sheet schedules.
• Perform and review monthly bank reconciliations.
• Deposit cheque payments and record entries when required.
• Prepare monthly Right-of-Use (ROU) schedules and related journal entries.
• Review staff claims and forward reports to the India and Croatia teams.
• Reconcile monthly vessel balances and prepare reports.
• Generate accounts receivable aging reports for Group reporting.
• Extract and analyze financial reports to explain major variances.
• Prepare year-end intercompany payments and contra entries.
• Compile tax schedules and ensure timely submission of Form C and tax computations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports to IRAS.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in closing full set of books.
• Experience in preparing management report.
