The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, CPA qualifications, and hands-on knowledge of NetSuite to maintain data integrity and support decision-making processes.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of financial reporting, including preparation and review of consolidated management reports, journal entries, and disclosure notes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and fixed asset functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax (including GST), and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Serve as administrator for NetSuite system, ensuring smooth system functionality and data integrity.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal teams; extract and analyze financial data to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, tax regulations, and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $4,500 to $5,000
