This role involves inventory management, financial reporting, and adherence to company policy, making it essential for candidates to have a strong accounting background and proficiency in cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or professional qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and auditing will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting tasks related to Manufacturing Plant.
• Participate in quarterly cost roll process.
• Support month end closing activities.

Job Description

• Support cost accounting tasks related to Manufacturing Plant
• Cost roll for new item launch
• Participate in quarterly cost roll process
• Support work order variance review / correction
• Scrap review and re-class activities
• Support on inventories management
• Support month end closing activities
• Prepare excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis report and support E&O management
• Work with the operation team to adhere to company policy
• Support internal and external audit requirement
• Support ad hoc date analysis / project assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or professional qualification
• Has knowledge in Costing, Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem solving skill and meticulous
• Ability to work independently to handle daily operational issues
• Comfortable in manufacturing environment
