Allied Container Group is a leading container haulage operator and yard operator founded in Singapore in 1975. We are dedicated in using technology to improve the lives of small businesses and consumers in the logistics sector.

Located in Tuas, We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee and manage a full set of accounting operations. This includes handling invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledgers, and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures. Experience in industries that require inventory management is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment and collection.

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Handle bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations for all accounting entries.

  • Support inventory management processes and reconcile inventory accounts when necessary.

  • Collaborate with auditors and prepare necessary documentation for audits.

  • Perform miscellaneous accounting duties to support the overall finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and solid knowledge of full set accounting practices.

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with an added advantage for candidates experienced in inventory management.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Working location: No 6 Tuas Avenue 6 (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
