Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at ZT OVERSEAS PTE. LTD. in the Geylang Bahru Central Region. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reporting of the company. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
2. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate record-keeping
3. Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
4. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
6. Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements
4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
