Job description

We are expanding our family office in Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team at One Raffles Quay. This is a full-time position responsible for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and related accounting matters

• Prepare simple consolidation of accounts

• Maintain and update accounting records with accuracy and timeliness

• Perform data entry to ensure accounting systems are current

• Prepare audit trails and assist in handling audit queries

• File accounting records and annual returns in an organized manner

• Review invoices and quotations, and support basic accounting and bookkeeping functions

• Execute banking transfers and maintain cash books meticulously

• Use MS Excel and NetSuite for data management and reporting

• Apply basic data analytics for financial analysis and reporting

• Assist in preparing graphical presentations for financial data

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the financial services sector

• Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Familiarity with data analytics and ability to create basic visual reports

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset
