Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our day-to-day financial operations, from bookkeeping to preparing unaudited financial statements. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoices, receipts, payment tracking, and bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and tax filing
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Xero or other accounting software
• Maintain and organize proper documentation and filing of all financial records
• Prepare unaudited financial statements and assist with month-end closing
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks
• Assist in GST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and vendors

Requirements:

• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Xero software or other accounting software
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and able to handle confidential information
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player
