Job description

We are a diversified business group with interests in e-commence, construction and trading businesses. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our small finance team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors to complete annual audit
• Involved in group consolidation and shareholders’ reporting
• Manage overall tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, GST, etc.
• Liaise with tax agents and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting firm.
• Tax professionals who wish to expand their expertise into accounting are welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position will need to liaise with China offices
• Possess a positive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
