About the role
King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in our Bendemeer office. As a full-time Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Job Description

  • Preparing, recording, classifying and reporting financial transaction. Including preparation and analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining fixed assets register and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct account reconciliation (bank, account payable, account receivable)
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various financial and operational initiatives
  • Continually improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably in the management accounting and budgeting domain
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations
