Location: 10 Kaki Bukit Rd 1, #01-25 KB Industrial Building, Singapore 416175
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Help manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with audit, tax filing, and bank matters
• Prepare reports and financial statements for review

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team
