Due to business expansion plan in Singapore, we are currently looking for a candidate to perform the below duties:

Job Descriptions:

  • Overall lead in monthly financial closing matters.

  • Improving current system of management reporting to suit business needs.

  • Assist the Head of Finance with company monthly closing and financial budgeting so as to keep people true to organizational goals and objectives.

  • Work with Head of Finance to establish good internal controls in accordance with statutory requirement/group policies.

  • Preparing monthly cashflow forecast.

  • Work together with rest of finance team on filling up Financial Reporting Package in accordance with IAS.

  • Able to deal with auditor and complete statutory audit with minimum supervision.

  • In charge of Fixed Asset Listing and also Capital expenditure control.

  • Review Creditor’s Aging Report prepared by Accounts Executive.

  • Quarterly GST Reporting (staff will be coached to do this if no previous experience).

  • Other ad hoc special assignment as and when assigned by the Head of Finance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy.

  • Prior experience in audit required. Big 4 firm or reputable medium size audit firm.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

  • Preferably with previous system experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edward, Navision etc.

  • Vocal and independent.

  • Have the character to challenge the status quo—change management and current working style.
