Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions including the preparation and accuracy of management accounts with various analysis, and financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) for the designated operations.
- Conduct financial analysis, food costing and identifying key financial indicators and trends to support decision-making and improve profitability.
- Responsible for all tax administration and compliance matters including preparing and submitting quarterly GST report and other regulatory reporting.
- In charge of liaising with the various internal/external stakeholders (eg. auditors, tax agents etc.), ensuring that the designated operations are in compliant with the relevant policies and regulations.
- Maintain robust financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Act as a business partner with cross-functional teams and vendors on projects to ensure financial accounting and reporting frameworks are in place.
- Assist in group consolidation, intercompany matters, project monitoring etc.
- Handle other ad-hoc analysis and tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess min a degree in Accountancy, ACCA graduate and CA/ CPA equivalent.
- Min 3-5years of working experience in related field (F&B and Food Manufacturing) is preferred.
- Preferably with understanding of cost analysis in a manufacturing environment with standard costing experience.
- Good technical knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
- Experienced in SAP financial systems (SAP B1) would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, pro-active team-player who is meticulous and analytical.
- Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Advance Excel.
