Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide accounting & company administration support to corporate clients

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Company administration
• Preparation of unaudited financial statements
• Preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors
• Administration of Payroll and handle HR matters for clients
• Tax computations and submission of ECI, Form C and Form C-S
• GST computation and submission
• XBRL filing
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Job requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts and unaudited financial statements
• Minimum Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or CPA
• Well-organised, self-motivated and ability to work independently Team player
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• Resourceful with initiative and drive
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Prior experience in accounting firms will be an advantage
• Good technical knowledge and ability for problem solving
• Knowledge of accounting software such Quick books, XERO accounting etc
