Job description

  • Oversee the full set of accounts, inclusive the supporting schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial management reports.
  • Develop periodical budgeting and forecasting
  • Handle GST filing, conduct income tax computation reviews, and ensure timely tax filing.
  • Perform AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of payroll processing, IR8A and IR21.
  • Enhance and maintain internal controls, policies, and tax compliance.
  • Take on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Contract and Invoice Management: Support and assist in managing daily contracts and invoices.
  • Project Tracking: Assist in monitoring project efforts and time tracking.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in accounting and reporting roles.
  • A Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Power Pivot, VBA/Macro automation, Power Query, and creating Excel-based dashboards for data analysis and process automation is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to meet different reporting deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with keen attention to detail.
