Job summary

Silverdale Capital Pte Ltd is hiring for an Accounts position to support fund operations and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with banks, custodians, support teams, and brokers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and settlement.

We seek a candidate with 2–8 years in financial services, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Commerce, and strong Tally and advanced Excel skills. You’ll contribute to real-time bookkeeping, payments, and administration within a MAS-licensed fund

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Commerce with strong academic record.
• 2–8 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Tally and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with staff, banks, investment support, custodians, fund administrator and brokers.
• Manage fund operations, ensuring accurate, timely execution and reporting; assess risk.
• Maintain prompt real-time filing and bookkeeping.
• Create payment instructions and securities notifications.
• Settle trades and reconcile cash and securities.
• Complete accounting for the fund management company and investment SPV.
• Handle staff reimbursements and admin tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Commerce
• 2–8 years experience in financial services
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel
• Strong communication and organisational skills to meet deadlines
• Exceptional integrity, intellectual curiosity, and appetite for challenge
• Min. GPA of 4.00/5.00 (or equivalent) in your studies. You should have a decent knowledge of accounting practices
• Proven experience as efficient coordinator. You will be immersed in real work from DayOne
• Teamwork skills are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with company staff, banks, investment support team, custodians, fund administrator, brokers
• Management of fund operations including ensuring accurate and timely execution & reporting, and risk management
