Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for the subgroup, adhering to monthly and quarterly closing instructions and SGX listing requirements

• Review and verify consolidation packages submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and financial reporting standards

• Conduct quarterly variance analysis of financial results

• Maintain comprehensive sets of accounts

• Compile financial statements for annual statutory reporting

• Perform other ad-hoc financial assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
