A leading company is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage financial statements and reports. This role will involve ensuring compliance with financial standards and conducting variance analysis. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in accounting and have strong attention to detail alongside relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules for the subgroup, adhering to monthly and quarterly closing instructions and SGX listing requirements
Review and verify consolidation packages submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with group policies and financial reporting standards
Conduct quarterly variance analysis of financial results
Maintain comprehensive sets of accounts
Compile financial statements for annual statutory reporting
Perform other ad-hoc financial assignments as required
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts effectively
Experience with consolidation processes and audit is an advantage
Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
