Job Description:

Lead a team finance personnel across Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines in their daily functions.

Finance Function

• Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting for the Group to ensure compliance with requirements or regulations; cost control and internal control process;
• Maintain the accounting system;
• Ensure the tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and statutory requirements (eg. GST, transfer of pricing, etc)
• Coordinate & facilitate internal & external audits to effectively communicate and ensure that requirements are adhered to;

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with at least 2 years as a team manager preferably at high-growth, technology companies
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
• Resourceful and possess an analytical mind
