Job description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage full set of accounts for companies under the group.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, sales reports, ratio analysis and cost reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments and regional offices to gather financial data and ensure proper reporting.

• Review and analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit process.

• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and policies.

• Monitor cash flow, perform cost and GP analysis and support finance meetings with key insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, payroll, GST filing, and reporting standards.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in China.

• Familiar with SFRS and Singapore tax regulations.

• Experience with Million / Xero software will be advantageous.
